Navy + Red Striped Dress

    I cannot believe it is already Friday! Getting back to work on Monday after spending last week in Jamaica was definitely not easy but thankfully this week flew by due to all of the work I needed to catch up on! For some reason Texas has not gotten the memo that it’s the middle of May and that it should not be raining and storming every day. I thought I had a chance at keeping this Jamaican tan going but at the amount of sunshine I’ve seen this week I don’t think it stands a chance. All of this gloomy weather has me back in outfits like today’s sweater dress and suede boots (remember I scored these $150 OTK boots for $25 at Dillards?!). This navy and red striped dress from Gap is a piece I’m constantly grabbing out of my closet whether I’m going to work or running errands. It’s one of those dresses that you feel like you can just throw on and go! I feel like I can always count on stores like Gap to carry easy pieces like this that are appropriate for multiple occasions. And how can you not love red and navy stripes? The amount of navy and striped pieces I’ve bought thus far in my life is ridiculous. I just always gravitate to them. Does anyone else have this problem?
