I’m excited to share today’s post with you full of poolside fashion from some fabulous girlfriends of mine! You may recall being introduced to them in this rompers post last month and now we are back together to share our poolside fashion looks!
Not that we ever need a reason to get together for a cocktail, but it just so happens that National Tequila Day is this Sunday. We figured we would start the celebrating early with a few Skinny Key Lime Margaritas by the pool. While I know you already have your pool float situation down if you checked out my post from earlier this week covering every pool float you need this summer, here are a few outfits to get you inspired for your next poolside party…
AN OFF THE SHOULDER DRESS
I have worn this dress at least a dozen times since I bought it a month ago. It is so easy to throw on over a swimsuit for a casual and put together look! I added a little bandana (because I’m obsessed) and my new favorite designer dupe sandals I scored for under $35. They’re fully stocked in brown and are just as cute as the black ones!
A CROCHET TOP
Amanda of The Miller Affect is wearing a black crochet top as a cover-up and a pair of denim cutoffs. I just love her under $60 lace-up sandals and fun mirrored sunnies!
How adorable are these embroidered shorts Brooke of One Small Blonde is wearing?! I am such a lover of anything chambray. This little pair of shorts are perfect for throwing on over your suit!
OFF THE SHOULDER RUFFLES
Not only have off the shoulder tops been all the rage lately but we keep seeing more and more of ruffled off the shoulder tops. I love the pale pink one Lynlee from Gal About Town is wearing that perfectly match her Baublebar statement earrings! Too cute!
TRAPEZE CROP TOP
Have you seen a chicer poolside look? Christina of Fashion & Frills always looks so classy and polished and her poolside fashion is no different! This crisp white crop top pairs perfectly with her high-waisted skirt and is currently 40% off!
Now that you have your poolside fashion and pool floats, it’s time to break out the tequila. We used this Skinny Key Lime Margarita mix and amazing copper margarita glasses courtesy of Williams Sonoma but if margaritas aren’t your thing, check out my Paloma Cocktail Recipe here.
I hope you enjoyed this post! Be sure to head to my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale picks as the sale is now OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!
Thank you for reading and have a great weekend!
